Admission Requirements

• A completed application

• Personal Statement (information is included in the application)

• An official copy of your high school or G.E.D. transcript(s) OR official transcripts from institutions attended for college credits

• Resumé(s) of personal, professional, and ministry experiences, training, and any related information that may be pertinent for admission consideration

• Enrollment Disclosure Form

• Media Disclosure Form
